• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable time during the performance, at the Front of House Manager's discretion.
• Mobile phones must be switched off and photography and recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during performances.
• The Management reserves the right to change or cancel a programme without notice and without being liable to pay compensation beyond its discretion.
• The Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
• Visitors are kindly reminded that Christ's Hospital is a school and therefore must proceed directly to the event venue. All other areas are out of bounds unless accompanied by a member of staff or designated guide, as per our Safeguarding of Children Regulations.
